All sales and purchases made through Hamilton Home Products, Inc. are subject to review and approval by a Hamilton Representative prior to shipment of each order. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate information to Hamilton for the purpose of quality assurance, as well as accurate billing and shipping.

 

Hamilton reserves the right to verify any and all information provided to ensure accuracy, validity, and to resolve any issues or concerns about any order in question. Hamilton reserves the right to contact the purchaser prior to processing any order, therefore using the information collected during the order process.

 

Hamilton, when contacted, will attempt to assist the purchaser in verifying proper order placement. The purchaser should always refer to the Model and Serial Number of their equipment prior to placing an order or contacting Hamilton for assistance. In the event that Hamilton, makes an error, Hamilton will make every effort to correct the order in a reasonable and timely manner. Hamilton is NOT responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the purchaser. (See Hamilton’s Return Policy.) While Hamilton makes every effort to ensure proper order placement, it is ultimately the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are being ordered correctly.

 

All in-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Special orders for items not in-stock will take longer, based on availability and shipping location and may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
